He has been a Licensed Installer of septic systems for 11 years, a Registered Sanitarian for 10 years, and a Certified Site Evaluator for 9 years.
Doug Wheatley—We have contracted with Doug to maintain our septic system. He is licensed to install and maintain septic systems.

People and organizations who have been opposing our septic permit:
Neighbor—Neighbor is a woman who lives next door to the THK property and who apparently opposes our opening a catering business next door to her property. We are omitting her name out of consideration for her privacy.
Other Neighbor—Other Neighbor is friends with Neighbor and lives across the street from THK. He also doesn’t want us to open a business. We are omitting his name out of consideration for his privacy.
Dr. Charles O’Dell—O’Dell is a cofounder of HaysCAN. O’Dell has been instrumental in helping Neighbor to oppose our permit. He is so tight with Commissioner Ingalsbe that she actually emailed him about our permit situation and asked him what she should do. (See Ingalsbe Exposed for more details.)
HaysCAN—Hays Community Action Network. This group styles itself as a government watchdog, but we can only suggest that someone should be watching the watchdog. You won’t believe the unsubstantiated accusations that O’Dell, representing HaysCAN, has made about us to the Commissioners’ Court, and his behind-the-scenes machinations with some of the members of the Court to further his agenda are disgusting, if not unethical. And why? You have to wonder. Our septic system poses NO health threat. (See Not About Public Safety for more details.) Not one single threat to public safety or health has been identified or proven. So who exactly is HaysCAN serving in this matter? Neighbor isn’t the only member of the community who has property rights. HaysCAN, but they really SHOULDN’T.
